This policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors to this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We apply the protections described here to all visitors, wherever you are located.

1. Scope

This policy covers personal data processed through this website. It does not cover information exchanged during a client engagement, such as website access, analytics data or reports. That is governed by the written plan and agreement made with each client.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact form. When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name and email address, the website you want help with (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Email. If you email us directly, or the form opens your email app instead of sending, we receive whatever you choose to include in that email.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

3. Why we process it, and our legal bases

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare an analysis or plan you have asked for. This is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and your consent where applicable (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To operate and secure the website. This is our legitimate interest in running a safe, functioning site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this website, who process it on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms, which delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Our email provider, which stores the enquiries we receive.
  • Our hosting provider, which serves the website and keeps standard server logs.

6. International transfers

Our visitors and some of our service providers are located in different countries. Where personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, to keep it protected.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them, plus a reasonable period afterwards, and then delete them. If you become a client, your enquiry becomes part of our client records for the engagement.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. We extend the following to all visitors:

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

This website is served only over HTTPS, loads no third-party scripts, and uses strict browser security headers. During client engagements we recommend giving us our own user account rather than sharing a main login, and removing it when the work ends. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
